Method of use:
Take 100 grams of Split chickpeas and boil them till half cooked. Leave it overnight in the same water you boiled them in. In the morning before eating your breakfast drink a glass of that boiled water cooled at room temperature. Then mash the soaked split chickpeas and add a teaspoon of honey and eat it. After drinking the water and eating the mashed split chickpeas wait for 15 minutes at least before eating your regular breakfast.
Do this for minimum a week to get the full benefit. You can continue if you wish after putting a gap of a week in between.
